Our Hill Country RV Jay Flight includes a comfortable place to sleep six people! Make your camping experience stress free. Your family and friends can enjoy the many activities of the picturesque Texas Hill Country and after a long day of site seeing, antique shopping, kayaking or tubing down the clear waters of the Frio, come home to your private RV. Our Jay Flight includes a full kitchen with a 3 burner stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. This RV has three TV's, four bunks and a full size queen pillowtop bed.

Stay at a waterfront RV park on the beautiful Frio River or on the Medina River in the Cowboy Capital of the World! Our fully furnished travel trailer will be your home away from home. *Book Your RV Site at any RV Park with "FULL" RV hookups, then make your reservations with us. This Travel Trailer can be setup at your campsite for FREE in our local delivery area. See charges below for setups outside our local delivery area.

Our 30 ft Jayco Jay Flight Swift offers a family-friendly expansive floorplan and bunk room package that will easily fit all your needs for a great family camping experience. This trailer comfortably sleeps six people. No need to convert a couch or table. The Hill Country RV Jay Flight has a full size queen, 4 bunk beds and a full bathroom with skylight. The kitchen includes a 3-burner range, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dinette. This trailer also comes with 3 TV's and DVD player. Cable/satellite TV hookups. Most RV parks provide cable/satellite service and WiFi. For an additional fee we offer a charcoal BBQ Pit with BBQ utensils you can use for your entire stay.

No need to worry about bringing bedding, bath towels, kitchenware or camp chairs.

We offer all of these amenities with our travel trailer accommodations. Our Jay Flight master bedroom includes a comfortable, full size Queen Pillowtop Mattress, Hotel Luxury Reserve Pillows, and hotel quality sheets

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights required during standard rental dates.

Currency
All currencies are shown in USD.

Peak Season 5 Night Minimum Stay Required:  March 7th, 2021 thru March 21st AND May 16th, 2021 thru August 15th, 2021.

Reservation Deposit:  A deposit of 50%. Deposits must be received within seven days from the date of the reservation confirmation email. Reservations made 45 days or less from arrival date require payment in full within 3 days of reservation confirmation email.  

Damage Deposit:  A damage deposit of $500 will be placed on your credit card upon arrival. Checks are ONLY accepted for the damage deposit with a monthly booking.  This is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, as long as there are no damages and unit is clean.     (NO PETS & NO SMOKING)

Balance of Rent:  due 45 days prior to your arrival date.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT times vary according to your selected RV Property.  We will coordinate with you and the RV property for Check-in and Check-out time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the deposit.  Any extra amount paid toward the rental will be returned in full.  If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of any money that you have already paid toward the rental, unless we re-rent your entire stay at the full price.  If we re-rent the entire stay at full price, you will receive 50% of your deposit back along with any balance paid above the deposit.  Cancellations must be made by phone to avoid any misunderstanding.

ORIENTATION: When you check-in we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the unit that will take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on any prior experience you have with an RV.  The entire process including paperwork, payment, and orientation is usually about an hour, so you should plan your departure and travel times accordingly.

*Limited delivery area. We deliver for FREE within 35 miles from Utopia, Texas. This would include Leakey, Concan/Garner areas and Bandera (we do not deliver to Garner State Park during Peak Summer and Spring Break Season). There is $100 delivery charge for 36 to 60 miles. Trailer is not available for towing.
