Q. We love camping, but we don’t have experience operating an RV.

A. We provide live instruction and a well written manual. We want you to be comfortable and we will demonstrate to you and your family how to operate the necessary equipment. We are also just a phone call away.

Q. Do you rent year round?

A. Yes we do! Summer is our Peak season in the Frio Canyon, but fall, winter and spring are incredible times to camp in the Texas Hill Country.

Q. Can I tow your trailer for travel purposes?

A. Due to insurance purposes, we are strictly a delivery and setup service.

Q. Does your trailer have an awning?

A. We do not allow usage of the exterior awning. This is for your protection. They are very expensive to replace and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse.The wind can not only damage the awning, but can tear off part of the trailer siding making the trailer not rentable until repaired.

Please feel free to bring your own shade canopy.

Q. Can I bring my pets?

A. We do not allow pets.

Q. Is the site included in the rental?

A. No your site is not included in your rental fee. It is up to you to make your reservation with an rv park in our delivery area prior to renting a travel trailer.

Q. What if I wish to extend my stay?

A. We will gladly accommodate you if we can. Any extension will be based on site & trailer availability.

Q. What deposits are required?

A. A 50% rental deposit is required at the time of your reservation. (Please review cancellation policies) The remainder rental amount is due 45 days prior to your arrival. The $500 Damage Deposit is an authorized hold placed onto your credit card upon check-in.The damage deposit will be returned to you after check-out and inspection of the trailer. 

Q. What if I have to cancel my reservation?

A. If you are concerned that you may need to cancel, please seek out Travel Cancellation Insurance. RoamRight.com is one of many insurance companies that provides Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:  Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to a 75% refund of the deposit. Any extra amount paid toward the rental will be returned in full. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of any money that you have already paid toward the rental, unless we re-rent your entire stay at the full price. If we re-rent the entire stay at full price, you will receive 50% of your deposit back along with any balance paid above the deposit. Cancellations must be made by phone to avoid any misunderstanding.

There are no rental refunds for inclement weather conditions or acts of God or nature.
